Location: Hybrid, but in person and Court attendance required. Santa Clara County, CA

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate family law litigation with both advocacy and compassion. Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and reviewing motions, discovery, and judicial council forms
• Managing client communications with clarity and professionalism
• Conducting legal research and supporting case strategy
• Court appearances and depositions
• Contributing to a team that values both precision and creativity in legal advocacy

Who We’re Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school & active California Bar membership (good standing required)
• Prior Family Law experience is requested, but at least 1 year experience working in private practice. 
• A proactive, team-oriented approach—you want to grow and help those around you succeed

Expected Salary Range:  starting at $120,000  dependent on experience and location
